Business Data International Limited Reseller Plan 1 Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions for members of Reseller Plan 1 are in addition to our Standard Terms & Conditions and apply to members of Reseller Plan 1 only.

1. Your first payment may be made by cheque or postal order.
2. When we set your account up we will send you a Standing Order form which you must fill in and send or take to your bank authorising them to pay subsequent monthly payments automatically commencing 1 calendar month after your starting date.
3. If your second monthly payment does not arrive at our bank by the due date we will suspend your account until the standing order is operational.
4. When setting up new sites within your account you must specify how much webspace and bandwidth is being allocated to the new site and this amount will be marked as used from your allocated amounts. For example if you allocate 10mb space and 100mb bandwidth to a site that amount will be deducted from your freespace regardless of whether the site in question uses it's full allocation or not.
5. You may purchase additional features such as Secure Server Usage, Extra POP boxes and MySQL databases from the 'Hosting Extras' section of the shopping cart for yourself or your customers with a 20% discount.
6. You can host unlimited websites within your allocated space provided you have sufficient allocation remaining.
7. For the purposes of this reseller account, a website is defined as an allocation of webspace and bandwidth on which one domain name is hosted with one catchall POP3 email box. Additional domains can be hosted on the same space by purchasing 'forwarding' from the online catalog. Additional POP3 Email boxes can also be purchased in this manner.
8. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. You are required to keep check on any updated terms by referencing this document at various intervals.
9. Any decision made by Business Data International Limited in relation to the services provided and Conditions of Use shall be final.
